Table Games and Keno

When playing table games, hand your Casino Privilèges card to the table supervisor. Similarly, when playing keno, you can pass your card to the attendant. Depending on the game, you will then be eligible for comps from the Casino.

Considering the provisions of the Act respecting Access to Documents Held by Public Bodies and the Protection of Personal Information, we ask members who wish to update their address or make other changes to their Casino Privilèges file to either go in person to one of the casino locations and fill out and sign the corresponding form or send in a duly signed letter with all the relevant information. Visit the website of the casino nearest you to obtain the address.

1. Membership is restricted to people aged eighteen (18) years of age or older who present a recognized piece of photo identification bearing a photo and date of birth.
2. As a Casino Privilèges cardholder, you are responsible for the safekeeping of the card and the confidentiality of the personal identification code. La Société des casinos du Québec inc. (the "Casino") can in no way be held liable for the use of the personal identification code by a third party.
3. The cardholder must insert the card in the slot machine scanner and ensure the system accepts it. Privilèges dollars can then be attributed. If the card is incorrectly inserted, no Privilèges dollars will be generated. The Casino is not responsible for sums not accumulated on account of an incorrectly inserted card or an error made by using the card.
4. To redeem Privilèges dollars for their equivalent value, whether in cash, in goods, or in services designated by the Casino, the cardholder must present the card in person and confirm his/her identity with the personal identification code. Redemption is calculated in dollars only, not cents. Cardholders are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all Privilèges dollar transactions.
5. The cardholder is the only person authorized to use the card. Cardholders may not have other players accumulate Privilèges dollars on their behalf, nor insert their cards in slot machines being used by other players. Privilèges dollars earned by the cardholder are personal and are cancelled in the event of bankruptcy or death.
6. The Casino reserves the right to determine a maximum amount of Privilèges dollars allowed in an account, to alter this maximum balance and to require the cardholder to redeem a sufficient amount to avoid exceeding the maximum.
7. Accounts for which no activity or earnings by the cardholder have been noted for a period of eighteen (18) consecutive months will be considered inactive and any Privilèges dollars earned by the cardholder will be automatically cancelled.
8. Cardholders must immediately advise the Casino in the event of the card’s loss or theft. The Casino is not responsible for damages suffered by cardholders in the event of such loss or theft.
9. At the tables and keno, the card entitles you, as the case may be, to certain special privileges specific to these games, in accordance with Casino regulations.
10. Accumulated Privilèges dollars remain the property of the Casino until the member exercises his/her redemption option as outlined in Section 4. Privilèges dollars may not be assigned, transmitted, or transferred to a third party and are exempt from seizure. Furthermore, the Casino retains ownership of the card. In all impunity, the Casino may revoke or refuse to issue a card, and may cancel the account balance, notably in the event of fraud or failure to abide by membership rules or applicable Casino regulations.
11. The Casino reserves the right to adjust a cardholder’s balance in the event of disruption of the normal operation of a machine by the cardholder or any other failure on the part of the cardholder to abide by membership rules.
12. The Casino bears no liability to the cardholder in the event of a system malfunction or operator error. The Casino reserves the right to correct an account by returning the balance to where it was prior to the any malfunction or error according to the information contained in its records.
13. The Casino may alter, suspend , or cancel the Casino Privilèges Club program and its related benefits in part or in whole at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever toward the cardholder. Interpretation of membership rules is the Casino’s exclusive prerogative and its decisions in this regard are final and binding.
14. Use of the card confirms the cardholder’s agreement to Casino Privilèges membership rules.
