Christian Bolduc - Head Chef, Altitude Restaurant
Chef Bolduc trained in the art of Belgian epicurean cuisine at Le Sans-pareil restaurant in Hull (now Gatineau) and subsequently worked in Belgium and in Switzerland, returning to the Sans-pareil in 2003 as sous-chef.
During that time, he also mastered the art of delicatessen at Maison Lyonnaise.
Since then, he has worked at the Argoät Restaurant and at Buffet Charbonneau caterers. He first joined the 5-Diamond team at the Casino du Lac-Leamy's Le Baccara restaurant as cook under Chef Serge Rourre, and was eventually named sous-chef.
He continued in that role for two years before being named to oversee the opening of the brand-new Altitude Restaurant.
