Le Baccara

Recipient of the prestigious CAA-AAA Five Diamond distinction since 2001, the prestigious Le Baccara offers epicures a truly exceptional gourmet experience.

Le Baccara's open kitchen design provides an intimate view of the chefs as they put the finishing touches on their delectable dishes, which can be paired with a superb vintage from our extensive wine list. Guests are invited to visit the wine cellar, which houses 500 different varieties and is part of a 13,000‑bottle collection.

With its distinctively French influence, the Baccara's gourmet fare is based on the finest market-fresh ingredients, adding exotic accents borrowed from some of the world's most celebrated culinary traditions.

A magnificent view overlooking the Ottawa skyline and surrounding waters, an elegant décor — cherry wood paneling, exquisite artwork, rich fabrics and handsome furnishings... all the ingredients are there to create a warm and delightful atmosphere in which to enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.
