Le Baccara's open kitchen design provides an intimate view of the chefs as they put the finishing touches on their delectable dishes, which can be paired with a superb vintage from our extensive wine list. Guests are invited to visit the wine cellar, which houses 500 different varieties and is part of a 13,000 bottle collection.

With its distinctively French influence, Le Baccara's gourmet fare is based on the finest market-fresh ingredients, adding exotic accents borrowed from some of the world's most celebrated culinary traditions.

Opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday from 5:30 to 11:00 p.m. (reservations recommended); open Monday and Tuesday for groups (reservation required)
