The coveted Conrad Hilton (Connie) Award for Best Overall Performance in the commercial category has been awarded to the Hilton Lac-Leamy four times since the hotel opened in 2001 (2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006). The award recognizes hotels that have received top marks for customer loyalty and satisfaction, and quality assurance. This is the first time in Hilton Hotel history that the same property has won the award three years in a row. The Hilton Lac-Leamy has set itself apart among the brand’s 240 full-service hotels throughout Canada, the United States and Mexico.

The Casino du Lac-Leamy’s infrastructures have met the high standards of Level 3 BOMA BESt (Building Environmental Standards) certification, which is the leading environmental certification program for commercial buildings applied and recognized throughout Canada. Level 3 certification means that the building scored an 80 to 89% rating on best practices standards.
