Access by Public Transportation

The Société de transport de l'Outaouais' (STO) No. 21 bus travels through Ottawa and Gatineau, and stops at the Lac-Leamy Complex. Bus tickets are available free of charge for visitors staying at participating hotels, including most hotels located in downtown Ottawa and Gatineau. See your hotel concierge for more details. The bus route, schedule and a list of participating hotels is available on request.

Driving to the Casino du Lac-Leamy and Hilton Hotel

From within the Province of Québec: When you arrive by Highway 148 West ("Autoroute 148 Ouest"), you can take either the Highway 50 West exit toward Gatineau or stay on the 148 West until you reach the city of Gatineau. Follow the signs for Highway 5 North ("Autoroute 5 Nord") and take Exit 3, boulevard du Casino. Turn right at the exit and you'll fnd yourself at the entrance of the casino.

From Ontario: When you arrive by Highway 417 West, take Exit 118 for Nicholas Street/Mann Avenue. Keep right,  take Mann Avenue and go straight to King Edward Avenue. Stay left to take the MacDonald-Cartier Bridge, which becomes Highway 5 North. Take Exit 3, boulevard du Casino. Turn right at the exit and you'll find youself at the entrance of the casino.

From Toronto: When you arrive by Highway 401, take Route 16 North, which becomes Highway 416 toward Ottawa. Take Highway 417 East to Exit 118 for Nicholas /Lees and go straight on Nicholas Street North. Turn right on Laurier Avenue, then left onto King Edward Avenue. Stay left to take the MacDonald-Cartier Bridge, which becomes Highway 5 North. Take Exit 3, boulevard du Casino. Turn right at the exit and you'll find yourself at the entrance of the casino.

Access by Boat

The Casino du Lac-Leamy's docking facility can accommodate 20 boats and is open from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 a.m. (mid-May to mid-October, except during special events). The docking facility is free for boaters visiting the Lac-Leamy Complex.

Docking facilities include, free of charge:

• Electricity, drinking water and a reservation service (minimum of 24 hours' notice)
• Priority access to the casino (dress code applies)

Other Services

The Hilton Lac-Leamy provides boaters with access to the sports centre's showers for $15 CAN per person. This fee is reimbursed upon presentation of your bill from the Hilton's Arôme Seafood and Grill restaurant.

A free shuttle service, linking the docks and the hotel, is available on demand.

To access the docking facilities, boats must have a clearance height of no more than 5 metres (16 feet).

Access by Helicopter

A landing pad is available for guests wishing to travel by helicopter. The pad is located on the roof of the parking facility in front of the casino and is available 24 hours a day. Clients wishing to arrive by helicopter must first call 819 772-2100 or 1 800 665-2274.

Ideal for every occasion and redeemable at the casino box office, Théâtre gift certificates are perfect for family and friends! These gift certificates can be purchased at the box office in denominations of $5, $10, $20, $25 or $50 and are valid for up to two years from the date of purchase.

Banking and Currency Exchange Services*

• A branch of the National Bank of Canada is located in the gaming area.
  Business hours: daily, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.
• Exchange service for 15 different currencies are offered at the branch.
• Seven National Bank ATMs are located throughout the gaming area.
• Federal law prohibits us from providing credit, credit card advances or cashing personal cheques.
• Traveller's cheques are accepted.

Parking and Valet Service

Parking at the Casino is free. Patrons can choose to park in our covered multi-level parking facility, outside or in the underground parking area.

Valet service is available for a fee, but is free for Casino Privilèges members.

A large parking lot located near the Casino's entrance and suitable for motorhomes visiting the Lac-Leamy Complex is available during opening hours. Staying on the property overnight inside a motorhome is prohibited.

Cloakroom

A free coat check service is available.

Wheelchair Service

Wheelchairs are available free of charge to clients during their visit. These can be obtained at the main cloakroom located on Level 1, with proof of identity. We do not accept wheelchair reservations and cannot guarantee availability.

Dress Code

The Casino du Lac-Leamy has a reputation for excellence. According to international standards, our dress code prohibits:

• strapless tops
• cut-off T-shirts and sweatshirts
• camisoles and tank tops
• jogging suits
• cut-off and cycling shorts
• beach wear
• work or motorcycle boots
• any clothing bearing a violent image or slogan, or associated with a group known to be engaged in violent activities

Tasteful running shoes and denim trousers are acceptable. Please note that business casual is required for admission to Le Baccara restaurant (a jacket is not mandatory, but is recommended).

Other Policies and Regulations

• Admission is restricted to patrons aged 18 and over. Any person who appears to be younger than 25 years old will have to provide Security personnel with a picture ID.
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the gaming areas.
• The use of photographic equipment is prohibited inside the Casino.
• The Casino is a smoke-free establishment.*
• Coats, umbrella and bags (except for handbags) must be left at the cloakroom.
