General Information

Menu Selection

We recommend that you confirm your menu choices and provide the relevant information to the Conventions and Banquets Department a minimum of one month before the date of your event. Please note that prices listed are subject to change and do not include taxes or gratuities.

Vegetarian Meals

Please inform the catering department one week prior to your event if vegetarian meals are required.

Food Allergies

It is very important to find out if any of your guests have food allergies. Please provide this information to the catering department.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit covering 10% of the estimate ($500 minimum) is required upon confirmation of an event. A second deposit of 50% is required one month prior to the event and final payment is due one week before the event.

Décor

We would be pleased to assist you with a selection of decorations, floral arrangements or any other décor required for your event.
