Conditions

• Valid for the one-night package (stay-over), between September 1, 2008 and May 31, 2009.
• Applicable exclusively to groups of thirty or more occupying a minimum of ten rooms.
• Applicable exclusively to groups visiting the casino for at least six hours.
• Applicable to eligible motorcoach passengers, 18 years of age or older, all of whom must be Casino Privilèges members.
• Hotel room reservations must be made in accordance with Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu policies.
• Meal voucher is redeemable the day of arrival at the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu.
• One meal voucher per person, per stay.
• To receive the reimbursement, the organizer must possess a valid travel agent permit and all other required permits.
• The reimbursement is paid monthly in the form of a cheque issued to the company. One reimbursement per stay.
• Offer subject to modification or cancellation without notice. May not be combined with other offers.
• The Société des casinos du Québec Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation and to restrict the number of motorcoaches and/or their arrival times.
