Conditions

• Valid for the one-day package (day trip, no stay-over), between September 1, 2008, and June 28, 2009, and also Monday to Friday between June 29 and July 10, 2009.
• Applicable exclusively to groups of 30 or more who are visiting the casino for at least six hours.
• Applicable to eligible motorcoach passengers, 18 years of age or older, all of whom must be Casino Privilèges members.
• Meal voucher is redeemable the same day at Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu's Restaurant Le Bellerive or, if mentioned, at another restaurant near the Casino. One meal voucher per person, per day.
• To receive the reimbursement, the organizer must possess a valid travel agent permit and any other required permits.
• The organizer must ensure that the customers who board the bus and take advantage of the Charlevoix, here we come! package pay a minimum of twenty dollars ($20***) Sunday to Friday and a minimum of thirty dollars ($30***) Saturday.
• The reimbursement is paid on a monthly basis by a cheque issued to a company name. (See chart for reimbursements according to the day of the visit).
• Reservations are required and must be confirmed at least seven business days in advance.
• Offer subject to change or cancellation without notice. May not be combined with other offers.
• The Société des casinos du Québec inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation and to restrict the number of motorcoaches as well as their arrival times.
• Other conditions may apply.
• Any misuse of the promotion, non-compliance with its terms and conditions, or misrepresentation of any kind will void this offer and the Casino Privilèges Club membership card.
