Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 to 2:00 am
Friday and Saturday: 9:00 to 3:00 am
Table games open at 10:00 am

Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 1:00 am
Friday and Saturday: 10:00 to 3:00 am
Monday to Friday, table games open at 11:00 am

Admission
Admission is restricted to patrons 18 and over. Any person who appears to be younger than 25 years old will have to provide Security personnel with a picture ID.
The Casino is fully accessible to persons with limited mobility and wheelchairs are available on loan free of charge.
Security
The Casino de Charlevoix is equipped with highly sophisticated security and surveillance system, and security personnel are startegically posted both inside and outside the facility.
Collecting your Winnings
Game winnings are paid out in full and are non-taxable.

Located 150 km (95 miles) east of Quebec City and less than a 90-minute drive from the Québec’s Jean-Lesage International Airport, the Casino de Charlevoix and Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu are easily accessible.

From Quebec City, take Route 138 and follow the signs for La Malbaie. You can also take Route 138 till you reach Baie-Saint-Paul, then turn
off and take scenic Route 362, which runs along the shores of the Saint-Lawrence River.

Banking Services and Currency Exchange
Although the Casino does not have a bank counter, the cashiers provide the following services:
- Foreign currency exchange (U.S. dollars and Euros)
- Direct withdrawals
- Cashing of traveller’s cheques (Canadian, U.S. and Euro)
There are two National Bank ATMs on the premises.
Parking and Valet
Parking at the Casino is free.
Cloakroom
Coat check service is free.
Wheelchair Service
Wheelchairs are available free of charge to customers who require them during their visit. These can be obtained at the cloakroom and require proof of identity. We do not accept wheelchair reservations and cannot guarantee availability.
Gift Chips
The Casino sells gift chips in denominations of $5, $10, $25 and $100. Gift chips can be purchased from the Casino’s cashiers or by sending a certified cheque or money order for the desired amount to the following address:

Policies and Regulations
Dress Code
Designed to help preserve its excellent image and international reputation, the Casino de Charlevoix’s dress code prohibits:
- strapless tops
- cut-off T-shirts and sweaters
- camisoles and tank tops
- jogging suits (cotton and nylon)
- cut-off and cycling shorts
- beachwear
- work or motorcycle boots
- any clothing bearing a violent image or slogan, or associated with a group known to be engaged in violent activities
Other Policies and Regulations
Here are some of the Casino’s standard policies. Other policies and regulations may apply.
- Admission is restricted to patrons aged 18 years and over.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in playing areas.
- Use of photographic equipment is prohibited.
- Coats and bags (except for handbags) must be checked in the cloakroom.
- The Casino is a smoke-free establishment.*
* On May 31, 2006, Québec’s three casinos became non-smoking establishments. They now provide guests with a completely smoke-free environment, including in all gaming areas, bars, restaurants, performance halls and reception halls. However, for the benefit of our smoking customers, readily accessible smoking areas have been set up outside.
